Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.


Shipping Time

We currently ship across the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

Estimated delivery times:

  • Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah: 3–6 business days

  • Other Emirates: 4–8 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on the product availability and your location.


Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions on selected products or orders above a certain amount.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can track the status of your delivery.

Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If your package arrives damaged or lost, please contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving the order.
